General Terms of Service

These are the General Terms of Service (the "Principal Agreement") of StudioStacks B.V., located in Doetinchem at Dr Huber Noodtstraat 84 E, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 70828474 (hereinafter: "Supplier").

NowButtons, NowChats and Call Now Button are official trading names of StudioStacks B.V.

By creating an account, upgrading to a paid plan, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. NLdigital Terms (The Base Contract)

For all serives supplied by Supplier, the NLdigital Terms 2020 apply, as filed at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) at number 30174840.

2. Data Processing (GDPR)

In addition, regarding the processing of personal data, the StudioStacks Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies and forms an integral part of this agreement. This DPA contains specific details on subprocessors, security measures, and data location.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)

By purchasing a subscription, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and services. You explicitly acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period). You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop the auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period.

4. Fair Use Policy

Our services are provided on a "fair use" basis. While we do not impose strict hard limits on traffic for most plans, we reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend services for accounts that generate excessive load (significantly exceeding the average usage of similar accounts) which may compromise the stability of our infrastructure for other users. We will attempt to contact you to discuss an upgrade before taking such action, except in cases of emergency or abuse.
